Francis Bernard, Cassandre, and finally Jacques Nathan-Garamond served successsively as artistic directors of this magazine. Water towers, domes, new use of steel in construction, industrial flooring and floor coverings, furniture, and the use of steel in urban environments: all the uses and techniques of steel were explored in this periodical.
